Hamilton Locke acts on Acquisition of Delacombe Town Centre

The Hamilton Locke real estate team has acted for Shopping Centres Australasia Property Group RE Limited on its acquisition of Delacombe Town Centre for $112 million. The transaction settled on 22 November 2021.

Delacombe Town Centre is anchored by Woolworths, Dan Murphys and Kmart, has 40 specialty tenants and two pad site tenancies currently under construction.

The Hamilton Locke team advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including extensive property due diligence and negotiation of the contract with an extremely compressed timeframe.
