Hamilton Locke Advises Alquemie Group on $60+ million Acquisition of General Pants Co

Hamilton Locke has advised retail and consumer brands investment platform, Alquemie Group on its $60+ million acquisition of Australian fashion retailer, General Pants Co from the Victor Smorgon Group, Phil Staub and Jackie Vidor.  

General Pants Co is the latest addition to Alquemie Group’s growing portfolio of owned and licensed brands, including SurfStitch, LEGO® Certified Stores, Ginger & Smart and Pumpkin Patch. Alquemie Group, led by Executive Chairman and prominent retail investor Richard Facioni, leverages its operational expertise and shared services platform across its portfolio businesses to maximise their value and growth potential.
