Hamilton Locke acted for Honan Insurance Group and its major shareholder US private equity firm, TA Associates on the acquisition of Bovill Risk & Insurance Consultants and the related acquisition financing.
The BRIC acquisition and the raising of the acquisition facilities are both important milestones in continuing Honan’s growth strategy in the domestic Australian market.
