We are delighted to announce effective 1 July 2020, Debbie Tran, Kate Robinson and Matthew Bourke will each be promoted to Senior Associate.
Debbie specialises in corporate transactions and M&A, including acquisition and disposal of shares, businesses and assets, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work.
Kate advises on a range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and general corporate and commercial law. She has particular experience advising management teams, companies and institutional investors on all aspects of the private equity market.
Matthew’s experience spans across capital markets and M&A, including initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings, hybrid offerings, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, business structuring and regulatory requirements.
