Utilities – conventional power, renewable energy, water, wastewater and waste

  • Advised sponsors' on their bid for the Jubail 3A IWP in Saudi Arabia.
  • Advised Sponsors' on their bid for the Jubail 3B IWP in Saudi Arabia.
  • Advised an American multinational conglomerate on the development of a wind farm in Bango, NSW, Australia.
  • Acted for the Lenders on all aspects of the development and portfolio project financing of the Childers and Susan River solar farms in Queensland and the Nevertire solar farm in NSW for Elliott Green Power.
  • Advised the project company on all aspects of the development and project financing of Australia's first large scale waste-to-energy project, the Kwinana Waste-to-Energy Project.

Social Infrastructure

  • Acted for the University of Tasmania on their innovative partnership to grant a 30-year licence for 10 of the University's 14 purpose-built accommodation properties to The Spark Living Consortium.
  • Acted for the Australian National University on all aspects of their purpose-built student accommodation project, including advising on deal structure, drafting project documents and participating in interactive workshops with shortlisted proponents during the binding bid phase

Transport

  • Advised Sydney Metro on the new 30km A$12bn Sydney Metro City and Southwest Project, Australia's largest public transport project.
  • Advised Sydney Motorway Corporation and Roads & Maritime Services on Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the A$15bn WestConnex Motorway Project, the largest road project in Asia Pacific.
