Claudia is a corporate lawyer specialising in mining, petroleum and natural resources law. She has relevant experience in the legal and regulatory overview relating to mining and petroleum tenure and advising clients in respect to tenure related issues, initial public offers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements mineral rights sharing agreements and royalty agreements. 

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Claudia worked for Herbert Smith Freehills, HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and Austwide Legal.

  • Preparing numerous Solicitor’s reports regarding tenure status in connection with ASX listings, including for Aurumin Limited, Heavy Minerals Limited, Black Mountain Energy Limited and Osmond Resources Limited.
  • Advised Ardea Resources Limited on its demerger of Kalgoorlie Gold Limited and associated IPO and ASX-listing.
  • Providing advice to Cygnus Gold Limited in respect to its Lake Grace Joint Venture, Yandina Joint Venture and royalty arrangements with Gold Road Resources Ltd.
  • Advised Silver Lake Resources Limited with the sale of its Andy Well and Gnaweeda Projects in Western Australia to Latitude Consolidated.
  • Advised Caprice Resources Limited with its acquisition of an 80% interest in Golden State Mining’s Cuddingwarra and Big Bell South Gold Projects.
  • Advised numerous ASX listed and private mining companies on M&A transactions, minerals rights sharing agreements; mining contracts; royalty agreements and related mining contracts.
  • Advised Chalice Mining Limited on its demerger of Falcon Metals Ltd.
  • Advised Chalice Mining Limited and Liontown Resources Limited, respectively, in relation to the acquisition of their vanadium assets in North Queensland by TSX-V listed Currie Rose Resources Inc.
