Her expertise extends across various industries, including technology, consumer goods and new energy, and has been developed at Hamilton Locke and through her tenure at DLA Piper, where she played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions.

Hannah’s commitment to professional growth is evident in her leadership of senior lawyers’ initiatives at Hamilton Locke, the influential role she plays in the New Energy Associates Network and previously, her participation in DLA Piper’s Global Secondment Development Programme.   • Advising Birdwood Energy on AUD2 Billion Distributed Energy Partnership with super fund, Aware Super.
  • Advising JUWI on the sale of the 400MW Hay Plains Wind Project and 175MW Ardandra Solar Project, with an anticipated 400MWh of battery storage to Octopus Investments Australia.
  • Advising LG Software Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Pulse Software, on the partial divestment by its founders and significant investment from Accel-KKR backed Springbrook.
  • Advised MI Scaffold Pty Ltd on its divestment to Australian publicly listed entity, Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Ltd.
  • Acting for the Cordina family on the sale of Cordina Farms to global private equity firm PAG.
  • Acting for the Qscan Group on the acquisition of Envision Medical Imaging, a full-service radiology business based in Western Australia.
  • Acting for Alceon Private Equity on its investment in EFEX.
  • Acting for ATI Global on its acquisition of Groundsure, a UK environmental search authority, from Ascential plc for £170 million.*
