Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, John worked for Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, William Fry Solicitors, Ferry’s Solicitors, Blake & Kenny Solicitors and Galway County Council.
John is admitted in England, Wales and Ireland and not admitted in Australia.

SELECTED REPRESENTATIONS
- Advised Home Vi SAS in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the entire issued share capital of Annabeg Nursing Enterprises Limited.
- Acted for DomusVi, a major international nursing home operator, on its acquisition of the Trinity Care group of nursing homes, and on two other subsequent bolt-on acquisitions.
- Advised the selling shareholders, including FL Partners, on the sale of the leading bed innovator and manufacturer Kayfoam Woolfson, to US group Leggett & Platt.
- Advised APCOA Parking, Europe's longest established full-service parking management company, on its acquisition of Irish car parking businesses Nationwide Controlled Parking Systems Limited and Mobile Research Systems Limited.
