Katrina takes a pragmatic approach to her client representations and is diligently motivated to achieve the most successful outcomes through solving complex and challenging problems. Katrina’s expertise includes advising clients on contentious and non-contentious external administration matters as well as on issues arising from corporate distress. She has acted for insolvency practitioners in various aspects of the external administration process, including advising on the administration of DOCAs, conducting public examinations and commencing proceedings for claims for breaches of directors’ duties, insolvent trading and voidable transactions.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Katrina worked for Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers in its Restructuring and Insolvency team.
