Lorenzo strives to build genuine relationships with clients and to answer their complex legal questions by utilising excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills. He efficiently advises people and entities on their business endeavours and finds ways to shape and structure businesses and ventures based on their owners' and investors' wants and needs.
Lorenzo’s expertise includes private equity, corporate restructuring, fund formation and management, general corporate matters, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Lorenzo worked for Clifford Chance US LLP, Chef’s Warehouse (NASDAQ: CHEF) and the World Bank Group (IBRD).
Lorenzo is admitted in New York and not admitted in Australia.
