Mai is passionate about helping her clients achieve their commercial objectives whatever they may be and enjoys working on solving complex commercial and legal problems. She maintains a collaborative and approachable manner with her colleagues and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Mai has broad experience in banking and finance transactions. She advises on areas including securitisation and other structured finance transactions. She also has a keen interest in expanding her knowledge and skills in general corporate lending and the venture debt space.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Mai worked in the securitisation team in Clayton Utz’s Banking and Finance practice and worked in the corporate trustee division of ASX listed financial services company, Perpetual Limited.
