Nick is a Senior Associate in Hamilton Locke’s property team and an enthusiastic member of the firm’s rapidly growing Food and Agribusiness market group. He is passionate about building long term relationships with clients and is the trusted advisor for many families and businesses across Queensland.
Nick specialises in rural, residential and commercial property law with extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, land access and compensation negotiations, renewable energy projects, property development and leasing.
Nick also has experience advising clients in planning and environment matters, statutory land valuation disputes, due diligence investigations and business advisory matters.
Nick has a keen interest in the agribusiness sector and is an active member of the Young Agribusiness Rural Network (YARN) Committee.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Nick worked for Thynne + Macartney Lawyers and Compare the Market.
