Hamilton Locke advises Agrifunder, Tozer and Co on secured financing, capital raise and restructure

Hamilton Locke acted for the Agrifunder Group and Tozer and Co on a secured financing by Japanese bank Nomura and capital raise and restructure. Agrifunder provides working capital to farmers in their purchase of livestock in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

This deal showcased the advantages of seamless collaboration across practice groups with the debt, equity and regulatory teams at Hamilton Locke working side by side throughout the deal. The transaction was led by banking partner Zina Edwards and corporate partner Gordon McCann and assisted by senior associate Lauren Cloete and lawyer Debbie Tran.
