Hamilton Locke advises Moelis Australia on the acquisition financing for the Beach Hotel, Byron Bay

Hamilton Locke acted for Moelis Australia on the senior secured financing (comprising a cash advance term facility and a revolving facility) raised to fund the acquisition of the real estate freehold and operating business of the Beach Hotel, Byron Bay.


The Beach Hotel is an iconic beachside community and entertainment venue located in Byron Bay. The acquisition and financing successfully completed on 10 February 2020.
