Hamilton Locke has appointed Patricia Paton as a partner to its rapidly expanding corporate team.
Patricia is a capital markets specialist and has been involved in some of the most complex and high-profile initial public offerings and other capital market transactions in recent years.
“Patricia’s skills are a fantastic complement to our corporate finance practice. She brings with her a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, and her expertise will further complement our offering to the market,” said Nick Humphrey, Managing Partner of Hamilton Locke.
