Hamilton Locke appoints new funds partner

Hamilton Locke bolsters its funds management team with the appointment of new partner, Justin Gross.

Justin specialises in funds and trust structuring including investment, fund raising, joint ventures and co-investment arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructures and debt capital markets.

Justin joins the Sydney office after an impressive career both domestically and overseas with top tier firms such as PwC, Simmons & Simmons and Baker & McKenzie. Justin has years of experience as an employed in-house corporate counsel to ASX listed financial intermediary The Trust Company Limited (now merged with Perpetual). Justin also has unique risk expertise in developing and implementing transaction liability insurance strategies, gained whilst working as a broker at Aon.
