Personal ownership: Hamilton Locke is a company. That means all of our team members are owners. When we do well, you do well. We also have a simple and clear incentive structure - no 'black-box' annual review process.
Trust: We have minimal policies and procedures. and no unnecessary red-tape. Our over-arching principle is 'trust our people'. We trust our team to make smart decisions. We aren't going to chase you to put in time-sheets - we know you don't need reminding.
Culture: We focus on creating a great work environment of learning, teamwork and collaboration, underpinned by a values-based leadership model. We sit together and partners are accessible and down-to-earth. We want work to be fun.
Flexibility: We're a high-performing team, but our technology allows us to work from anywhere. We don't need you to put in face-time. We know that people have children, hobbies and other obligations. We trust you to get your work done.
